Running analysis and coaching


Running is a movement skill. Like all skills, the skill of running needs ongoing refinement and development. Gait analysis incorporates the use of a video camera and a treadmill to analyse your walking and running to identify inefficiencies in movement.

We can analyze your running to determine biomechanical faults, and provide coaching to:

  • increase your awareness of how you run
  • improve your running economy and modify or give you new techniques to increase performance and prevent injury
  • enhance your healthy and resilience in your sport

Please bring along your training gear and your most recent or current running shoes, including any orthotics.
