Movement screening

Functional Movement analysis are widely used as assessment tools for appraisal of physical performance and also predicting injury risk. By identifying these abnormal activities pattern , your functional limitations and any asymmetrical patterns can be identified and then addressed. A specific beneficial corrective program can be designed with the ultimate goal of restoring optimal physical performance and preventing injuries.

Who is it for?

  • anyone who trains more than 3-4 times (gym enthusiasts, power lifter, dancers, team sport players)

  • Previous lower limb injury, has been told they need to improve their movements
