Tom Carruthers graduated from Sydney University with a degree majoring in Exercise Physiology. He is currently the head exercise physiologist running conditioning programs for clients with spinal posture dysfunction, work related injuries and strength & conditioning programs for athletes.

In combination with managing high level sport teams, Tom has also played representative Cricket and Rugby developing a passion for injury reduction, strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation and prescribing exercise programs for return to sport.
